Ingredients

  • Cake flour: 80g
  • Corn oil: 45g
  • Milk: 60g
  • White sugar: 35g
  • Egg: 150g
  • Lemon juice: 5g
  • Soy milk: 250g
  • Whipping cream: 100g
  • Egg yolk: 30g
  • Cornstarch: 15g
  • White sugar: 35g
  • Soy milk powder: 5g (for dusting)

Cooking Steps

Step 1/8

Prepare the ingredients according to the required ingredients

Step 2/8

Mix egg yolks, fine sugar, and cornstarch until there is no dry powder. Heat the original soy milk and slowly pour into the egg yolk paste. Mix evenly and pour it back into the pot. Cook over low heat until thickened (stirring is required to prevent the pot from sticking). Cover with plastic wrap and let cool for later use.

Step 3/8

Beat the whipping cream with an electric egg beater until stiff peaks form, mix well with the cooled soy milk, put into a piping bag and refrigerate for later use

Step 4/8

Separate egg whites and egg yolks, add corn oil to egg yolks and mix well, pour in milk and mix well, sift in low-gluten flour and mix well with a spatula (do not overmix)

Step 5/8

Add lemon juice to the egg whites, add fine sugar in three batches, and beat until small hooks form.

Step 6/8

Add one-third of the egg whites to the egg yolk paste, mix well, then pour back into the remaining egg whites, mix well, put into a piping bag, divide evenly into 80% full paper cups (about 12), place in a baking pan and shake lightly

Step 7/8

Preheat the appliance using the Mode Reference settings (mode, temperature, time). After preheating is complete, place the baking tray on the second level of the machine and start cooking immediately.

Step 8/8

After cooking, let it cool down slightly. Squeeze the soymilk sauce into the middle of the cake. Decorate the surface with soymilk sauce and sift in soymilk powder. Enjoy.
