Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour: 500g
  • Salt: 2g
  • White sugar: 16g
  • Instant dry yeast: 5g
  • Warm water: 260g

Cooking Steps

Step 1/7

Prepare ingredients according to required ingredients;

Put all the ingredients into a cooking bowl (be careful not to let the yeast come into direct contact with the salt and sugar), pour in the water in B while stirring, and knead the dough with your hands until the surface is smooth and forms a ball;
