Ingredients
- Mussels: 500g (8 pcs)
- Onion: 20g
- Bird's eye chili: 4g (1 pc)
- Shredded ginger: 10g
- Garlic sauce: 35g
- Seasoned soy sauce for steamed fish: 8g
- White wine: 5g
Cooking Steps

Prepare the ingredients according to the required ingredients

Wash the mussels, remove shreds, put them into a deep plate, and cover with shredded ginger.
