  • Baby cabbage: 150g (1 head)
  • Salted duck egg: 25g (half)
  • Century egg: 50g
  • Ham: 10g
  • Concentrated stock: 32g (1 pc, chicken flavor)
  • Boiling water: 400g

Cooking Steps

Prepare the ingredients according to the required ingredients

Wash the baby cabbage and cut it lengthwise into 6 equal parts. Cut the salted duck eggs and preserved eggs into cubes, shred the ham, and dissolve the thick soup with hot water and set aside.

Take a deep-mouthed bowl, place the baby cabbage at the bottom of the bowl, add diced salted duck eggs, diced preserved eggs, shredded ham and soup stock.
