Ingredients

  • Cornmeal: 150g
  • All-purpose flour: 200g
  • Milk: 55g
  • Instant dry yeast: 3g
  • Condensed milk: 33g
  • Red dates: 30g (10 pcs)
  • Boiling water: 200g

Cooking Steps

Prepare the ingredients according to the required ingredients

Soak the red dates in warm water, remove the core and cut into cubes for later use

Add cornmeal to boiling water and stir quickly, let cool and set aside

Heat the milk to about 37 degrees, add yeast and mix well

Pour milk into cornmeal, knead into a ball, then add diced red dates, all-purpose flour and condensed milk, and knead thoroughly until the surface is smooth
