Ingredients

Part A

  • Butter: 80g
  • Powdered sugar: 55g
  • Egg yolk: 25g (from about 1 egg)
  • Espresso: 10g

Part B

  • Cake flour: 150g
  • Cocoa powder: 15g

Cooking Steps

Prepare the ingredients according to the required ingredients

Beat the softened butter (not melted, press it lightly with your fingers) and powdered sugar until it becomes feathery.
