Part A

  • Cake flour: 80g
  • Egg yolk: 65g
  • White sugar: 65g
  • Egg white: 37g

Part B

  • Whipping cream: 100g
  • White sugar: 15g

Cooking Steps

Prepare the ingredients according to the required ingredients
