Ingredients

Part A

  • Butter: 120g
  • Powdered sugar: 80g
  • Egg yolk: 30g
  • Cocoa powder: 5g
  • Cake flour: 200g
  • Salt: 1g

Part B

  • Milk: 600g
  • Cake flour: 15g
  • Cornstarch: 20g
  • Egg yolk: 90g
  • White sugar: 90g
  • Dark chocolate: 115g

Part C

  • Chopped nuts: 20g
  • Butter: 5g
  • Cake flour: 5g

Cooking Steps

Step 1/6

Prepare the ingredients according to the required ingredients

Put Part A into a mixer and knead into a ball. Grease a 4-inch tart pan with butter. Sieve a thin layer of low-gluten flour on it and shake off the floating flour.

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and form into a ball. Place the dough into a pie plate, shape it, prick holes with a fork, and place on the baking sheet.

Preheat the appliance using the Mode Reference settings (mode, temperature, time). After preheating is complete, put the food into the second layer of the machine and start cooking immediately.

Put Part B into a non-stick pan, simmer over low heat, stir with egg beaters until thickened, wait until slightly cool, and put into a piping bag
