1、Warranty Service Statement
Thank you for purchasing this product. Please read the following warranty terms carefully and keep your valid proof of purchase.
2、Warranty Period
（a）The product is covered by a three (3) year warranty commencing from the date of first installation.
（b）This warranty applies only to new product purchased and installed in Malaysia by Lumea Living Sdn Bhd.
（c）General parts not caused by human error, such as:
- Glass bursts during installation. Replaceable
- Exhaust motor. Lifetime
- Nozzle. 3 years.
3、Warranty Coverage
（a）General parts not caused by human error.
（b）Machine have defects caused by manufacturing or material faults.
（c）Machine is installed by authorized or appointed professionals from Lumea Living Sdn Bhd and referring to user manual.
（d）During warranty period, the inspection, repair, or replacement services will be provided by appointed professionals.
