Trems and Conditions

1.This warranty is valid upon completion of registration and successful submission to Lumea Living Sdn Bhd, or via online registration at https://marssenger.com.my.
2.This warranty is applicable only to Marssenger products purchased directly from Lumea Living Sdn Bhd in Malaysia.
3.This warranty is non-transferable.
4.Customers are required to follow all operating and routine maintenance instructions provided in the user manual.
5.This warranty covers defective parts and manufacturing faults only. Lumea Living Sdn Bhd reserves the right at its sole discretion to either repair the product or replace it with an equivalent product. In performing warranty services, Lumea Living may use new and/or reconditioned parts manufactured by various suppliers. In the case of repair or replacement, Lumea Living shall retain ownership of all parts removed from the product.
6.No Marssenger product shall be repaired or serviced by any party other than a technical personnel appointed by Lumea Living Sdn Bhd. Our technician reserves the right to impose service charges or decline/deny service if warranty registration has not been completed by the customer at the time of purchase.
7.Warranty Period:
Integrated Stove & Integrated Dishwasher – 3 years on general parts, lifetime warranty on motor (applicable to manufacturing defects only). Lifetime motor warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and allows for a one-time claim after the 3-year general warranty period is over. Labour and transport charges will apply.
8.The warranty provided by Lumea Living Sdn Bhd applies only to manufacturing defects and covers domestic household use. It includes the cost of parts, labour, and transport within the warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

1.Damage resulting from normal wear and tear of items such as light bulbs, filters, flexible hoses, rubber gaskets, etc.
2.Damage to exterior finishing (e.g., discoloration after prolonged use), accessories, or external, removable, or fragile parts such as glass doors, trays, burner grids, batteries, knobs, oil cups, end caps, stainless steel or enamel-coated surfaces.
3.Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, mishandling, unauthorized service, transportation, improper installation, disassembly, alteration, or modification by unauthorized personnel.
4.Damage caused directly or indirectly by acts of Government strikes, lockout, fire explosion, attack of household pests, act of God, lightning, flood, pollution or any cause beyond the control of FOTILE Marketing Sdn Bhd.
5.Damage caused directly or indirectly by acts of government, strikes, fire, explosions, pest infestations, acts of God, lightning, floods, pollution, or any causes beyond the control of Lumea Living Sdn Bhd.
6.Damage due to improper operation, cleaning, or maintenance not in accordance with instruction manuals, including the use of unsuitable cleaning agents or chemicals.
7.Damage caused by chemical reactions, excessive heat, excessive dust, or corrosive environments inside the home.
