Ingredients

Part A

  • Oats: 150g
  • All-purpose flour: 110g
  • Raisins: 100g
  • Baking soda: 2g

Part B

  • Butter: 100g
  • White sugar: 70g
  • Egg: 50g
  • Salt: 1g

Cooking Steps

Step 1/7

Prepare the ingredients according to the required ingredients

Beat the softened butter with caster sugar and salt using an electric mixer at medium-low speed until feathery.

Add eggs and beat until completely absorbed

Mix Part A and add to the butter paste. Use a spatula to stir evenly into a dough.
