Ingredients

Part A

  • Bread flour: 200g
  • Cake flour: 50g
  • Nori powder: 4g
  • White sugar: 25g
  • Milk: 175g (chilled)
  • Sugar-tolerant instant dry yeast: 3g

Part B

  • Butter: 25g (softened)
  • Salt: 4g

Part C

  • Butter: 64g
  • Butter: 10g (softened)

Cooking Steps

Step 1/6

Prepare the ingredients according to the required ingredients

Put Part A into a chef's machine and knead it into a film. Add Part B into it and knead it into a glove film.

Shape into droplets, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour
