Cooking Steps

Step 1/9

Prepare the ingredients according to the required ingredients

Step 2/9

After softening the butter, add powdered sugar and beat until fluffy and white

Step 3/9

Add the whole egg liquid in 5 batches. Beat evenly after each addition before adding the next time to prevent the egg liquid and butter from separating.

Step 4/9

Melt the dark chocolate over water, add the milk and stir evenly. Add it to the whipped butter and continue to stir evenly.

Step 5/9

Sift in the low-gluten flour and baking powder, use a spatula to cut in a zigzag shape and mix until there is no dry powder and it is fine. Do not stir in circles to prevent gluten from forming.

Step 6/9

Add heat-resistant chocolate chips to the batter and mix well

Step 7/9

Put the batter into a piping bag, place a paper cup (top diameter about 6 cm) on the baking sheet, squeeze the batter into the paper cup until it is 80% full, and sprinkle some high-temperature resistant dark chocolate beans on the surface

Step 8/9

Preheat the appliance using the Mode Reference settings (mode, temperature, time). After preheating is complete, place the baking tray on the second level of the machine and start cooking immediately.
