Ingredients

  • Bread flour: 400g
  • White sugar: 80g
  • Beaten whole egg: 40g
  • Milk powder: 24g
  • Sugar-tolerant instant dry yeast: 8g
  • Water: 200g
  • Butter: 25g
  • Salad dressing: 32g
  • Pork floss: 40g

Cooking Steps

Step 1/8

Prepare the ingredients according to the required ingredients.

Step 2/8

Pour all high-gluten flour, milk, whole egg liquid, sugar powder, salt, and high-sugar-tolerant and high-active dry yeast into a chef's machine. Turn on the machine and beat the dough at high speed until the dough has a certain ductility. Add the softened butter cubes and continue to beat at slow speed to mix the butter and dough evenly. Then beat the dough at high speed until it is complete and a glove film appears.

Step 3/8

Take out the kneaded dough, put it into a large bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and ferment until the dough doubles in size. It does not shrink when you poke a hole with your finger. The fermented dough is deflated. Divide it into 8 small doughs and let them rest for 15 minutes.

Step 4/8

Knead the relaxed dough into a small olive shape with your hands

Step 5/8

Place the formed dough on a baking sheet lined with silicone paper and ferment for a second time until it doubles in size.

Step 6/8

After cooking is done, take it out and spread a layer of salad dressing on top of the bread.

Step 7/8

Dip the bread with salad dressing into the meat floss
