Ingredients

  • Prawns: 400g
  • Ginger slices: 10g
  • Cooking wine: 10g
  • Light soy sauce: 10g
  • Aged black vinegar: 5g
  • White sugar: 8g
  • Salt: 2g
  • Oyster sauce: 10g
  • Ground black pepper: 1g
  • Lemon juice: 1g
  • Chopped bird's eye chili: 10g
  • Minced coriander: 5g
  • Lemon slices: 15g

Cooking Steps

Step 1/8

Prepare the ingredients according to the required ingredients, wash the shrimps and remove the shrimp lines;
