Ingredients

  • Sea bass: 500g (1 whole)
  • Tomato: 200g
  • Onion: 50g
  • Lime: 60g
  • Salt: 3g
  • Ground black pepper: 1g
  • Cooking wine: 10g
  • Light soy sauce: 5g
  • Oyster sauce: 5g
  • Shredded ginger: 2g
  • Ground cumin: 3g
  • Chili powder: 3g
  • Minced garlic: 5g
  • Minced ginger: 2g
  • Minced coriander: 2g
  • Chopped bird's eye chili: 5g
  • Seasoned soy sauce for steamed fish: 2g

Cooking Steps
