Ingredients

  • Sea bass: 400g (about 1 whole)
  • Salt: 3g
  • Ground black pepper: 2g
  • Cooking wine: 5g
  • Ginger slices: 15g
  • Lemon juice: 15g
  • Chopped spring onion: 5g
  • Minced ginger: 5g
  • Minced garlic: 5g
  • Chopped bird's eye chili: 5g
  • Oyster sauce: 5g
  • Light soy sauce: 5g
  • White sugar: 5g
  • Water: 50g
  • Lemon slices: 25g
  • Minced coriander: 5g
  • White sesame seeds: 3g
  • Chopped spring onion: 3g

Cooking Steps

Step 1/8

Prepare the ingredients according to the required ingredients

Step 2/8

Cut the bass in half and make three cuts on each side of the fish

Step 3/8

Spread salt, black pepper and cooking wine evenly on the fish body, add ginger slices and marinate for 20 minutes

Heat the oil in the pan, pour the lemon juice into the pan and sauté

Add chopped green onion, minced ginger, minced garlic, minced millet, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and water, and simmer over low heat until thickened;

Place the marinated seabass on the tin foil, pour the cooked juice on it, add lemon slices, and place the tin foil on the baking sheet

Preheat the appliance using the Mode Reference settings (mode, temperature, time). After preheating is complete, place the baking tray on the second level of the machine and start cooking immediately.

After cooking is done, take it out and sprinkle with chopped coriander, sesame seeds and chopped green onion and enjoy.
