Ingredients

  • Butter: 45g
  • Powdered sugar: 60g
  • Beaten whole egg: 40g
  • Cake flour: 150g
  • Whipping cream: 200g
  • Beaten egg yolk: 100g
  • Powdered sugar: 30g

Cooking Steps

Prepare the ingredients according to the required ingredients

Add the softened butter at room temperature to the powdered sugar and mix with a spatula until no dry powder forms.

Add the whole egg liquid in portions and mix evenly

Sift in low-gluten flour

Use a spatula to mix well until no dry powder forms.

Divide the mixed dough into 6 parts, roll them into balls and put them into paper cups (top diameter is about 6 cm). Pinch the dough into the paper cups and place the paper cups on the baking sheet.

Mix the whipping cream, egg yolk liquid and powdered sugar evenly, sift and pour into the tart shell, until it is 80% full.

Preheat the appliance using the Mode Reference settings (mode, temperature, time). After preheating is complete, place the baking tray on the second level of the machine and start cooking immediately.
