Ingredients

  • Prawns: 100g
  • Minced pork: 150g
  • Oyster sauce: 3g
  • Light soy sauce: 5g
  • Salt: 1g
  • Ground black pepper: 1g
  • Cooking wine: 2g
  • Spring onion sections: 5g
  • Chopped spring onion: 3g
  • Ginger slices: 5g
  • Glutinous rice: 70g

Cooking Steps

Prepare the ingredients according to the required ingredients, wash the shrimps, remove the shrimp lines, peel the shells and leave the tails, chop the remaining shrimps into puree;

Put the shrimp paste into the pork filling, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, and salt to taste;
