Ingredients
Part A
- All-purpose flour: 260g
- White sugar: 10g
- Salt: 2g
- Warm water: 140g
- Cooking oil: 10g
- Instant dry yeast: 3g
Part B
- Dried preserved mustard greens: 60g (soaked in warm water for 1 hour)
- Cooking oil: 20g
Part C
- Minced pork: 120g
- Ground white pepper: 2g
- Chinese five-spice powder: 3g
- Chopped spring onion: 10g
- White sugar: 10g
- Minced ginger: 10g
- Cooking wine: 5g
- Oyster sauce: 5g
Cooking Steps

Prepare the ingredients according to the required ingredients

Squeeze out the water from the pre-soaked prunes, take a pot, heat the pan, add oil and prunes, stir-fry and let cool.
