Ingredients

Part A

  • Bread flour: 250g
  • Milk: 130g
  • Egg: 50g (about 1 pc)
  • White sugar: 10g
  • Sugar-tolerant instant dry yeast: 3g

Part B

  • Salt: 3g
  • Olive oil: 8g
  • Bacon: 60g (about 3 slices)

Part C

  • Butter: 35g (softened)
  • Minced garlic: 15g
  • Minced spring onion: 10g
  • Salt: 1g

Cooking Steps

Step 1/8

Prepare the ingredients according to the required ingredients

Put Part A into a chef's machine and knead until a film forms, add salt and olive oil, and continue kneading until a film forms.

Shape the dough into a round shape, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size

Mix Part C to make butter sauce

Divide the risen dough into 3 equal parts and deflate into round shapes. Take a piece of dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into a beef tongue shape that is slightly larger than the bacon. Place the bacon on it and spread the butter sauce evenly on the bacon.

Wrap up the seam, pinch the seam tightly, sprinkle with dry powder and shape it slightly. Place the seam side down on a baking sheet lined with silicone paper. Use scissors to cut diagonally. Be careful not to cut. Each section is about 2cm apart. Separate one left and one right into wheat ears. Continue to rise until it doubles in size.

Preheat the appliance using the Mode Reference settings (mode, temperature, time). After preheating is complete, place the baking tray on the second level of the machine and start cooking immediately.
