Ingredients

Part A

  • Bread flour: 250g
  • Beaten egg: 25g
  • White sugar: 40g
  • Sugar-tolerant instant dry yeast: 3g
  • Milk: 150g

Part B

  • Salt: 3g
  • Butter: 25g (softened)

Part C

  • Sausage: 400g (about 9 pcs)
  • Beaten egg: 25g
  • Shredded mozzarella: 50g
  • Salad dressing: 20g

Cooking Steps

Prepare the ingredients according to the required ingredients

Put Part A into a cooking machine, knead it into a film, then add Part B and continue kneading until it becomes a glove film, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise until it doubles in size.

Divide the dough into 9 equal portions, roll into round balls and cover with plastic wrap to rest for 30 minutes.

Deflate the dough and roll it into a long and thin strip, wrap the crispy sausage around it, place it on a baking sheet lined with silicone paper, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment until 1.5 times in size.
