Ingredients

Part A

  • Highland barley flour: 200g
  • All-purpose flour: 200g
  • White sugar: 20g
  • Instant dry yeast: 6g
  • Lard: 40g
  • Water: 240g

Part B

  • Sweetened red beans: 240g

Cooking Steps

Step 1/6

Prepare ingredients according to required ingredients;

Step 2/6

Put all of Part A into a mixing bowl and knead with your hands until the surface becomes a smooth dough;

Step 3/6

Place the dough in a basin, place it on the second level of the machine, fill the water tank with water, select the fermentation function, and ferment at 35°C until it doubles in size, about 30 minutes;

Step 4/6

Divide the fermented dough into 6 parts, roll each dough into a round shape and flatten it, add 20g of honey beans, seal and roll into a round shape;

Step 5/6

Place the dough evenly on the grill covered with steamer paper, place it on the second level of the machine, fill the water tank with water, and set the Mode Reference settings on the appliance and start cooking.

Step 6/6

After cooking is done, take it out and serve.
