Ingredients

  • Elm seeds: 150g
  • Minced pork: 200g
  • Sichuan peppercorns: 2g
  • Spring onion sections: 5g
  • Ginger: 5g
  • Warm water: 40g
  • All-purpose flour: 300g
  • Water: 150g
  • Salt: 1g
  • Cooking wine: 3g
  • Light soy sauce: 3g
  • Sesame oil: 8g
  • Egg: 55g (1 pc)
  • Chicken seasoning powder: 1g

Cooking Steps

Step 1/8

Prepare ingredients according to required ingredients;

Soak Sichuan peppercorns, scallions and ginger slices in hot water for 10 minutes, and soak Yuqian in hot water for 10 minutes;

Knead flour and water into dough;
