Ingredients

  • Japanese egg tofu: 300g
  • Egg: 100g (2 pcs)
  • Peeled shrimp: 50g
  • Salt: 2g
  • Seasoned soy sauce for steamed fish: 5g

Cooking Steps

Step 1/6

Prepare the ingredients according to the required ingredients, cut the Japanese tofu into 1 cm slices, and arrange them neatly on the plate;
