Ingredients

  • Bread flour: 270g
  • Sugar-tolerant instant dry yeast: 3g
  • Milk powder: 20g
  • Caster sugar: 50g
  • Salt: 2g
  • Beaten whole egg: 35g (about half an egg)
  • Water: 70g
  • Milk: 55g
  • Butter: 30g
  • Beaten egg yolk: 10g

Cooking Steps

Prepare ingredients according to required ingredients;

Put all the ingredients except butter into the kneading machine, mix and knead into a dough. When the dough reaches the expansion stage, add softened butter and continue kneading until the dough is fully expanded, which is the glove film;
